After a beautiful first batch, we have launched new productions of whisky.  The 32KM is a Single Malt of a unique and entirely Swiss creation, from grain to barrel. The barley malt comes from the Malticulture cooperative in Del\u00e9mont and the oak barrel was built in K\u00fcssnacht in the canton of Zurich.  This whisky is brewed at our brewery in Orvin before being distilled and aged in barrels at Gagygnole in Souboz.  The aging process tests our patience, but rejoice, it already smells good in the barrel.  Available in a 0.5L bottle in September 2025, to be picked up directly at the brewery.
