Our beer mustard brings together two products we particularly love at BLZ: mustard and craft beer.
Made at the brewery using our own beer, the Red Ale, it offers a lovely balance between the mustard’s heat and the malty notes provided by the beer. A mustard full of character, yet balanced enough to pair just as well with a sausage or grilled meat as it does with a burger, a sandwich, an appetizer platter, or a homemade salad dressing.
