Après un premier lot magnifique, nous avons lancé des nouvelles productions du Whisky.

Le 32KM est un Single Malt d’une création unique et entièrement suisse, du grain au fût. Le malt d’orge est issu de la coopérative Malticulture à Delémont et le fût de chêne a été construit à Küssnacht dans le canton de Zürich.

Ce whisky est brassé chez nous à Orvin avant d’être distillé et élevé en barrique à Souboz chez Gagygnole.

Le processus d’affinage met notre patience à l’épreuve, mais réjouissez-vous, ça sent déjà bon dans la barrique. Dispo en bouteille 0.5L en septembre 2025 à venir chercher directement à la brasserie. Vous serez informé par mail de sa sortie.

Our gin is a London Dry Gin in which we add a lemon flavored hop. This makes the gin very refreshing and extremely festive!

Beer Vinegar

This vinegar is a little jewel resulting from a collaboration with Fud Läb, fine Bernese gastronomes. A sweet vinegar with a West Coast Ale base that brings its fruity aromas.

Fleur de bière 50cl

42% Vol.

Our Fleur de Bière is a distilled beer aged for 3 years in Swiss oak barrels. This maturation softens and rounds this spirit which is halfway between a whisky and a grappa.
