Whisky en prévente!
Après un premier lot magnifique, nous avons lancé des nouvelles productions du Whisky.
Le 32KM est un Single Malt d'une création unique et entièrement suisse, du grain au fût. Le malt d'orge est issu de la coopérative Malticulture à Delémont et le fût de chêne a été construit à Küssnacht dans le canton de Zürich.
Ce whisky est brassé chez nous à Orvin avant d'être distillé et élevé en barrique à Souboz chez Gagygnole.
Le processus d'affinage met notre patience à l’épreuve, mais réjouissez-vous, ça sent déjà bon dans la barrique. Dispo en bouteille 0.5L en septembre 2025 à venir chercher directement à la brasserie. Vous serez informé par mail de sa sortie.

Das Mosaic IPA ist ein India Pale Ale mit amerikanischem Einfluss. Dieses bittere Bier hat seinen Namen vom Hopfen, der für seine Herstellung verwendet wird: Mosaic. Der Hopfen verleiht dem Bier eine lange Bitterkeit und Aromen von Litschi und anderen tropischen Früchten.
